By purchasing a product from Nordenland Prints, you agree to the following terms regarding the purchase and use of our digital products and physical prints.
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical product or frame will be shipped when the Digital Download option is selected.
Digital files are provided in the formats, sizes, and variations described on the corresponding product page.
When the Physical Print option is selected, you will receive a professionally printed physical product in the size and variation chosen at the time of purchase.
Frames and other accessories shown in product images are for display purposes only and are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Physical prints are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Digital artwork purchased through Nordenland Prints is licensed for personal use only.
Purchased digital files may be printed multiple times for personal spaces such as homes or offices. However, the digital files themselves may not be shared, redistributed, resold, uploaded elsewhere, modified for resale, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Purchase of a physical print does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the underlying artwork.
All artwork, designs, graphics, branding, and visual content available on Nordenland Prints remain the intellectual property of Nordenland Prints and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization.
For digital products, final printed colors and appearance may vary depending on monitor settings, printing methods, paper type, and individual printer calibration.
For physical prints, slight differences between the colors displayed on screen and the finished product may occur due to differences in screen calibration, printing processes, materials, and lighting conditions.
Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the files have been delivered.
Physical prints are made to order specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect variation selection.
If your physical print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue with our production partner.
If you experience any problems accessing your digital files or have another issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Nordenland Prints reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
